This is Asuka Kurosaki from my manga GAIJIN!!!
Asuka is not black she's a gal ( Gyaru for the purists ). This is her in her ganguro wear ( she can't make up her mind, she just loves fashion!)
but. . . she is the granddaughter of the legendary Ki master, Yamaru Kishimoto (jetseta.deviantart.com/art/Yam… ), so from a very young age she was taught the ways of Ki.
She starts to teach Tai Ki after he agreed to take her on a date

Great work here! Your line work keeps on getting better. Clothes wrinkles and especially her hair!
I'd put a darker shade on her shirt because when "blurring" your vision, the shade color doesn't really stand out.
