this is a georgian grand, which is a fancy name for a new "sport horse" "breed" that mixes saddlebred with a draft (usually percheron, friesian, or a mix of both). it sounds kinda ridiculous, but it actually works -- as you can see in the pictures of this 4 year old gelding. (personally, i think you can improve just about any breed by crossing it with a percheron, but i'm biased.)rules: [link]

Will be using him to represent my Arabian x Percherons on equidaem. Beautiful horse! (I absolutely love the Percheron breed myself. If I ever get the opportunity yo own a horse, it will be a Percheron.)

isn't he amazing?! it was totally love at first sight. <3 i have a bunch more pictures of him still to upload, and the barn has invited me back out so there will be more pictures of him later, maybe once he sheds out!

o_o big boy. I think that's taller than Sassy's horse and that's INSANE. I was introduced to grandes recently and just fell in love. I love pretty much anything draft or draft cross.

yeah i think her belgian is like 17-something. honestly i think this GG is probably the biggest horse i've ever seen in real life. i have no idea what his owner's plans are for him, but he could definitely be something special. he's got gorrrrrgeous floaty movement.

XD I could tell, and that's the biggest I've ever heard of, especially considering he's still growing. Get enough good pics of him and he'll probably get as big of a following as salsola's warcry. XD
