Octavious had injected everyone of the guardians with the same type of mystic magic strain that he had to some of the Dragon War survivors, the same mystical magic strain that allowed him to prevent anyone of them from moving, from interfering-- they were all forced into a standing position and could only watch as Octavious made his way throughout the group of the guardian's over towards Oliver in the midst of everyone, the guardians wanting to speak out wanting to say something.

But whatever Octavious had done to them, words couldn't form in their mouths.

"....How about you?.." Octavious finally broke the silence, snapping his fingers-- allowing for Oliver to regain control over some movement it seemed, Oliver gave him a glare and crossed his arms, staring up at him just like when he was a young kid confronted by Octavious, even though every inch of his body, was scared-- even though he wanted to take his family and run, he wasn't going to give Octavious the satisfaction, he wasn't going to show him any fear

"..Anything to say Mr. Oliver Mooncrest?... creator of equality, LEADER of his own little team of hedgehog's that just wanted to be LOVED, well look where that's gotten you now." Octavious stated, with Oliver glaring towards him.

"Equality will still always win." He muttered angrily.

Well you've heard about him, you've seen what he does in the world

He just a general bad, BAAAAAAD person-- and as such Oliver Mooncrest, a pretty gentle nice hedgehog rubs him extremely the wrong way; and Octavious wants to make his main mission to make Oliver suffer, even more so with the fact that Oliver was the hedgehog who restored equality, being BESTED by a simple kid!? HOW ABSURD

So when he's brought back after a crazy wild ride of circumstances, Octavious wastes no time speaking face to face with Oliver once more to try to gloat as to how Oliver's failed, and his way is better than Oliver's way-- of course Oliver doesn't feel the same way, and stands his ground just like he's done so many times throughout his life

Side Notes To Remember

Oliver is the son of hero Merkai Mooncrest.

Oliver was just a baby when the Dragon War began, he grew up not knowing any other form of life-- until one day he snapped and decided to try to do something about the Dragon's rule after reading a book published about the Guardians.

The book was written by a man known as Arthur who had interviewed the guardian's during one of their many challenge's and how they came out on top.

Contrary to what many believe, Oliver DIDN'T get his robotic arm from Octavious but from Daisy

Oliver and Octavious are basically complete opposite's to each other, Octavious wants to rule with an iron fist have everyone lesser then Dragons and so on-- while Oliver just wants equality for the world, everyone to be treated with fair and just treatment.
