This is super hawt. She reminds me of a character in this one cartoon called 6teen that is for pre-teens but has hot chicks in it. I think it's done in flash or some other 2D program. Check it out though. This is definitely more dimensional than the cartoon though.

This is a very cute style. I love the detail to her eyes, hair, and tattoos. The only gripe I have is that her left arm seems a bit too long. Just a tad though. Very nicely done.
