I think the high contrast really sets a mood to this picture, gives it that dreamy seductive look.

a little too much post-work done on this pic. i'd have preferred a slightly less violent contrast+saturation+overexposure combo, and slightly less blurring (because the pic itself has some really sweet lines).

however, i have to say the composition is brilliant and smart and sexy. if possible, use the raw image and just do about 40% of the postwork you did to this pic, and you'll have yourself a killer piece of work.
