Don’t be fooled by the title, I enjoy the original film and Rogue One, but this has more to do with my love of photography and my displeasure of Star Wars fans in regards to photography. This is a camera flash that has come into my possession, that I am not giving up for the world. It is a much coveted photo gear from the past and photographers love them. The problem is Star Ears fans love them more and for some reason, have more money than sense. You see Lucas and his team tore up one of these flashes to may Luke Skywalker’s Lightsaber. A crime as far as I am concerned. As a result SW fans have been running around paying thousand of dollars for these beautiful objects, and then destroying them to recreate that prop. It is heartbreaking.
