Great effort to compose this.....and i like me the composition Really nice 
All those floating things has some problem relative to the movement...i see u used, for example for the cards, movement + static and this isn't good. What did u used to create movement? Really nice
My advice and best tip to create fast movement without the use of motion blur...is following this technic of this artist ----------> kir-tat.deviantart.com/art/mot… i know u like paint, so u'll find that tutorial funny to be followed.
Ok......next is the perspective......that floor has an hard perspective....why do you complicate your life? 
- Another advice.......teacup and cupcake need shadows under them!
- Another advice.....why did u used that grey wall? She is so happy and the work is on happy mood....the grey isn't an happy tone hahha Why don't change with another tone for example a beautiful female tone like pink? So it will match also with that of the cupcake.
Final advice----at the end u can increase the tonal energy relative to the global luminosity using some fast and little effect like for example Gamma Correction etccc....i dont' know GammaC: 1,15 offset: +0,0385 exposure:+0,58 and i don't u can experiment using some solid color like this ----> ec6578 and using it in luminosity and of course reducing the opacity to i don't know 30 or 38%

That tecnich give an absolute and fast control on the movement effect....The standard filter of photoshop don't work so good like that manual effect!! To learn to control that is necessary do some experiment with the strenght of the smudge and of course giving the right direction.....if u have a tablet is easy......i have only a mouse

Ok... Look, I made this without any energy and I'm in a bad mood.... maybe the grey wall....
I used the shadows under cupcake and teacup..... I kknow very well, this artwork has many problems.... But I upload anyway because If I see on gallery maybe on another moment I could fix all these visual problems....
In fact, I did just for keep my mind busy !!!
