For those of you that dont know. My current tablet is dying. It's an old 1st gen wacom cintiq companion. A tablet pc. I've had ot for 6 years now and it qas basically under constant use. I used it to draw, shade, post edit my renders, and create textures. But now it's on its last legs. The battery cant hold a charge no longer than 30-40mins. The right side and upper left corner of the screen wont detect any kind of input anymore. So it's almost unusable at this point. So I figured it was time to get a new tablet and even make it a upgrade. So I was initially aiming for a wacom mobile studio pro cuz it's capable of running zbrush and blender. but those things cost an arm and a leg and try as I might to save up for one shit kept happening and I just couldn't save up for it. Not any time soon. So I decided to go a cheaper route and go with a laptop and tablet setup. So I found a laptop that had the same specs as the highest end mobile studio pro 16 for just $240 over on eBay. Its a dell precision 7510. Great find for the price! It can do all that a mobile studio pro can and then some with the upgrade space it has. Already got a gpu upgrade coming in the mail for it lol. And I found a wacom cintiq 13hd for 100 bucks on facebook. Had to buy some new cords for it so still waiting on that to come in the mail as well. So I got the functionality of a mobile studio pro but minus the convenience lol. But once I get the cords for it I'll be primarily using zbrush for sculpting and model making. I'll be only using blender for the scenes and rendering.
