The high contrast of the design makes it very striking. The drawing is well proportioned. The only problem (at least as I see it) is that you applied the shadows do not offer any kind of depth, and the picture is confusing. I hope my advice will serve, as your inking is very good, but as confusing shading can not show the full potential of your work.

Yeah,the shading is a problem,i used ballpoint for that whereas i used gel pen for the coloring black.thanks anyway.

Oh yeah. What ever happened to his awesome bike? Maybe he put it on his ship, but then again, his ship blew up by SMILE, if I'm not mistaken. It was such a cool bike..

No offense to Luffy, but I don't think he'd be smart enough to pull that off. seems more like a job for Usopp since he's the dial expert. although, i can definitely see Luffy joyriding it and then crashing it into a building, before running away in a comedic fashion XD
