Very well done! It's a beautiful piece that does a great job at capturing mood. I love the hair! The only advice that comes to mind is you might want to try smoothing the shading a bit, especially around the cheekbone and neck. If this was done with a pencil or similar, it'd be easy to do with a blending stick. If pen, the only real option would be some sort of cross hatching, which you'd certainly have to be careful with. Definitely a good piece, though! Good job on the contrast and tone balance in the piece.
