A little thing I whipped up in honor of baseball's opening day, and since my team was playing the favorite team of www.deviantart.com/powerhousea… I figured a comic page to commemorate the event was in order. If you all recall I did something similar last year for www.deviantart.com/white0wlsup… and her team so of course I had to reference it here.
Of course like with the one I did for White Owl last year I thought I could just knock this one out. I even did a simpler paint job and it still wound up taking longer than I wanted. I should also point out that the numbers on a couple of the jerseys are a reference to something that happened on opening day. Powerhouse is wearing the jersey of her favorite player, so hers doesn't necessarily count. I know I used the same powers (Elastic Lad and Triplicate Girl) as I did when I captured White Owl at AmFam Field, but it was the most logical given the space inside the Power Wagon. I promise to use different powers next time.
