Description
So this is my final look for Hilda Kauffner, having experimented with her design for sometime. This is what she'll look like in my KP fanon, and i am sticking to her original 'Red Skull' design

I've also given Hilda a whole new back story. Originally, she was a reformed former nazi agent who was frozen for centuries.

For her new story:

General Hilda Kauffner is the leader of a large fighter pilots squadron called the AKG (Alphakreuzgeschwader - German for 'Alpha cross squadron'), and started out as a villain. She was an ambitious nazi-like dictator who used the AKG to take control of busy airspaces in major cities, and demanded $1m from each city per week to let them use her airspace.

When her true colours showed, it turned out that Hilda was a tragic villain and was close to her father, who was a fighter pilot and died in the cold war in the 1990s. Hilda didn't want the same thing happening to other people, so by her controlling the airways, she could do the world good

Hilda was somehow reasoned with, and changed her ways and allied with Dr Drakken and Kim Possible's superhero team, Team Justice, supplying the heroes with a fighter pilot squadron to help them fight evil threats like Cobra

NOTES:

- The AKG's insignia is a silhouetted fighter jet with an iron cross in the middle

- Hilda means well despite having an image almost identical to a nazi leader and speaks with a very thick and harsh German accent

- Hilda and the AKG are a parody of Turmoil and the Omega Squadron from SWAT Kats

- Hilda's nickname is 'Eisenfrau', meaning 'Iron woman'

- Hilda's influences are:

Red Skull (Marvel)
Turmoil (SWAT Kats)
Dr Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and the last crusade)
Baroness Von Gunther (DC Comics)
Captain Amelia (Treasure Planet)
