I love the skin too, looks very smooth and shiny. She's really cute and I like the effect you did on the hair, especially the back of it. The facial features are also very well done, almost photorealistic. It looks like there's something weird with the shadow of her left arm, at least it looks odd to me. I think the eyes could use more highlights to make them more lively.
