The only tip I can offer is when doing a perspective piece like this one, is to literally practice, practice, PRACTICE!
When it comes to a range like this, it's from big to small, meaning if the hand is closer to the viewers face,
the hand would be bigger, and behind the hand would be going smaller,
to signify distance. You could practice by using staircases in a perspective. Each you do practice you'll sort of "level up" if you catch my drift. lol

Your colors are in great harmony here and Lewis has an expressive face - I love his eyes. Good shadows and depth in the painting and has a good style
Torso could use a little work to better align the direction of his body turning but this is awesome! : D

Lol yeah I noticed torso was a bit off, but I just kept it cause I was already so close to finishing him with the colors, I'm really happy how he came out, he looks Super great with this style of color. I'm pretty sure I finally found my coLoring style. Took a few years, but hey, all in good time!

I still have yet to discover my style - from growing up with sonic and loving artists like akira Toriyama and yusuke murata I have a love for bright and cartoony art but then I really love dark and macabre art and I'm stuck between coloring cartoony but realistically at the same time to capture that old school comic art look I grew up loving XD I don't know how to marriage all these things together into the style I envision to have

You see I was having the same problem!
so I decided try out different styles to see which one I would actually enjoy.
Eventually, I had I good image as to how I wanted to color, but then I noticed
that I didn't have the right tools to incorporate what was needed.
Then tumblr one day just showed me links to some brushes and poof, the brushes you
for this one is what I've been trying to aim for!
I like messy, rugged, and colorful. it just speaks to me
