I'm not an expert but I would like to say:
Oh my this is so cute I almost had an overdose X3 The colours, highlights, shadows and the shading is very good not to mention the whole desing! The concept of a king pikachu was a success from my point of view.
I did not gave you 5 stars in vision and originality because Pikachu is not a creation of your own and I think the background will boost the whole desing of this little king.
However I take this chance to say that the Pokédek Project is a very good, very very good GOOD idea and I would definitely purchase one of the decks once they are finished!
