Yes!! It must be the bowtie against that blue background. π Very very cute though, I love a girl in a bowtie! π I'm not sure if Doctor Who is a thing in Thailand... To be honest I'm not sure its actually a thing here in USA yet either π
But its fabulous sci-fi if you're into adventurous and a bit whacky characters. of course its easiest to start at the newer series start, with the 10th doctor, David Tennant.
