JK-Antwon — Silent Sillies new character ideas

Description I'm thinking of adding some new characters to Silent Sillies. I'm not sure I really need to though.


1) Flynn Fox. I really like this design, but my fear is that the first Merrie Melodies character was Foxy fox, and they look very similar. Although Foxy was only used in 3 merrie melodies shorts. So he's not a big character.
2) Raymond Raccoon. I really dig this design, but I think it looks like a girl in the face... so maybe I should change him to a girl and call her Rita Raccon??
3) Charlie Chicken is a design after watching the Tiny Toons episode with Fowl mouth... Charlie is named after Charlie Chaplin.
4) Herbert Hamster is named after my Grandpa, Herbert Hunter!
5) Percy Pig is totally a copy of an early Merrie Melodies short of Porky Pig. Except Porky was black, I want to make Percy grey. Although I kinda did the same thing with Cassie Cow, she looks a lot like Clarabell from Disney, and no one seems to mind... so far.

lol Wow thanks for finding this, and inquiring about them! I stuck Flynn in the background once. On the main site for the comic I have labels on every strip and found which one he was in pretty easy. www.silentsillies.com/2012/09/… I've been tossing around an idea, (that I'm sure is a few months away from being created/written) that would take these guys and make them the staff of a resort that the main SS gang vacations at.

Nice job. By the way, that black pig you were mentioning is named Piggy, not Porky. He appeared in "You Don't Know What's You're Doin'" and "Hittin' the Trail to Hallelujah Land".
