Ordinary posters are also reactive, but have no colors under UV. I'm still looking for decent priced place to print UV-reactive.

there is a german print-service which also provides uv-active posters.

I payed for 500 posters 94 euro (porto inc.)
this makes 18 ct per print.
this were normal colors, but the uv-prints are not so much more expensive.
the paper was relatively thin, but the colors were good. (i don`t know if i have chosen the thickest paper, they offer different colors, sizes and paper-qualities)
