Darcian is a boy but I'm glad you like his hair! It looked better while I was working on it though since everything got blurred by shrinking the picture.

Both oC and SAI are specifically designed for freehand artwork (like Painter) whereas Photoshop is not. The layout, tools and basically everything are waaay more intuitive than Photoshop for all of the work I do. You should try them! Especially SAI.. You can test it out with my Cintiq if you come over this weekend!

No, in all seriousness, sounds fun. I dunno, I still like Photoshop a lot better than OC because of all the tools it offers. Besides, I do freehand work, too. I don't ever use the pen tool or anything anymore in my actual drawings. And look at what I do, ya know?

I will try them, just don't necessarily expect to convince me.

YOU WILL BE CONVINCED!! Unless you used some foreign tools in Photoshop that I am unaware of, SAI has everything it does and more. Plus they are all arranged soooo much better that you can work faster and more smoothly than PS. You'll seeeee....
