Wow, I really like the dark, kind of mellow atmosphere of it. Because of the shading he looks like a statue. I especially like the the nose and the mouth.
The hand is also very well done, and the transition between it and his face is really interesting.

Now, I won't critique you, but in my opinion the arm is perspectively too big for the head (size).
And yes, I really like the shading and the 'play with light' in here.

yes, the bottom part of the arm needs to be slimmed down to match the picture but that is on the right side of the piece.

I think it's great the way you have pulled the highlights out of the darkness to shape his face. Such a smooth pencil drawing!

This is just beautiful. You have such a control with lighting and I love how his face just slowly recedes into the darkness. I also appreciate that the little details in his face like the wrinkles are visible and look natural/not obnoxious. That can be exceedingly hard to do, as I'm sure you know, heheh.
The only thing I don't like is how the arm starts to have that rubber-y quality as it fades into the darkness. I don't know how much sense that makes. Perhaps if the arm was drawn down just a tad it would show the arm's form better? Just my opinion though
