UPDATE! NEW VERSION! jmillart.deviantart.com/art/Th…So close. I can see myself as one of them. See it, dream it, but not be it. Why does the mirror mock me. I see what my heart longs to be, but when I reach to touch it, there is only glass.

it's now and days theoretically in reach... just need to perfect some things and i might have a beta version of a way to make wolf - human hybrid by... lets say about 2020 maybe if i get some stuff done at minimum...

I'm not even a member of that DA group, and I feel the way you do about the meaning of this. I want to be a part animal person, maybe even a Werewolf. But of course I'd want my free will. This about me, I can never tell it to the people around me, not even my family. If only there was a special mirror like the the one in this picture in real life. I'd get it as soon as I could, and use it for this. It'd be nice to do this. But also, I'd want to BE that what I want. Everything I want to be, is not mortally possible sadly. I hate being fully human.......... Hopefully sometime in my life time, someone will invent or discover something to make it possible for what we all want to be to become. Like, if I had something that would always allow me to have my free will, and if real Werewolves were discovered, I'd purposely allow one to bite me. On an unrelated subject, I haven't looked at the Moon in a long time. I've been too busy staying inside my home, most of the time spending my time on the net.

To be honest, while reading this, i shivered a bit. It´s touching, so I thought it may be a good opportunity to lay down a thought of mine, which came up to my mind right after having read this. (I must admit, this is a quotation from a nice game though :-D) "If you live with your eyes closed to whatever is difficult to face, does that mean those things don’t exist?"
Don´t dream your life, live your dream! Just analyze for yourself what exactly you actually desire the most. Is it the outer appearance? The spirit of a wolf? I´m sure there are ways to achieve what you´re longing for, just not directly. It may sound stupid to you, but if you feel really like it, paint yourself, wear wolf-like clothes, go to the forest and just free your spirit as it is meant to be. And I´m perfectly serious, I´d appreciate to hear you fulfilling your dreams. Living dreams and making other live theirs, that´s what life is all about, isn´t it?

As Grovyle once said in Pokemon mystery dungeon Explorers of Sky, What matters most is not how long you live, it's what you do what your life is what matters. "While I live I want to shine, I want to prove that I exist.". He lives in a dark future that if he saves it, he'll disappear, along with everyone in his time (assumingly anyway), because he plans on changing the past so that the dark future never happened. btw, he's also a thief, but a good guy at the same time.

As for the glass, I love what you did with the reflection and your signature. It makes it that more believable.
As for not reaching your inner anthro, I don't know if this will help but everyone has their own identity, and that identity is totally up to you.

I'm not into the whole 'turning into an animal' thing but I really like this.
I can feel the emotion in it.
Also I love how you made the paw, and the colors on the wolf are blended really well and look like fur.
