I made this a while ago but figured I could still post it. This was back when I was gung ho on re-writing the horrible new Star Wars trilogy (VII-IX). The really did those actors (and ya know, the ENTIRE SW universe) dirty with the terrible, laughable writing they ended up using.

Seriously, those actors were awesome for the roles they were in (SO MUCH POTENTIAL WITH ALL OF THEIR STORIES!!!) and then Disney had to go and ruin it with their stupid awful terrible stinking writers like they ruin EVERYTHING nowadays. ldksfjdfkljkldfgj

Also, Snoke doesn't exist, and Palpatine is ACTUALY DEAD because that whole Palpatine-Skywalker thing was STUPID. Also, a Star Wars story doesn't have to be galactic-sized to still be interesting and important! This one would focus more on the different factions vying for power after the fall of the (original) Empire. And the original trio doesn't die bc that was stupid, too.

Anyway, in this version, Finn is Force sensitive (BECAUSE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!!) and has visions of the clones while he's still a stormtrooper. At first it's just like muddled memories, but as time goes on, they become stronger/clearer and he's able to up his stormtrooper game by studying the skills from the visions. Eventually they can actually speak to him (in dreams maybe? not sure) and they start showing him the true legacy of the Empire. This eventually convinces him to betray the First Order (although I think I'd just leave it as the Empire in this rewrite. Seriously, they still believe all the same stuff).

This sheet is of him during his stormtrooper trainee days. So still a little grumpy/ closed off, but working on it.
