You've got so beautiful and expressive eyes.
I like the concept - I interpret this as a quiet scream of a person who got stuck in the childhood and is afraid and scared to enter the adult's world or it's about a person who is upset, because this beautiful time in life (childhood) is quickly going to an end and there is no way back.
