Aye, aye, I've drawn an eye.
This is the second large scale eye I've ever done, the first one was this:
I think I have improved.

Graphite pencils as always, and white posca marker.

How large is this? I am still trying to perfect eyes. I think the secret to hyper realisim is large. Bigger means easier to do fine details. Biggest one I've done is about three times larger life.

One of the best eye drawings I've seen! Even the wet reflection on the bottom lid, and the subtle shines and veins in the eye. Really incredible detail

The drawing is so precise with the reflection of lashes in the iris of the eye. We would say almost a photo in black and white ! Very wonderful artwork ! Congratulations for the quality and render !

It is how one can such realistically draw an eye? What level of patience must be mastered to make this possible?

You know, people might run around, look at this and say - "naaah, what's so special? It's a redraw from a reference. Yea, its hard probably but ... (insert known remarks here)
