A private commission for a fan of wines...as you can see from the image
The original is drawn and painted on A4 Bristol Paper. I cut out the image itself in Photoshop and pasted it on to a black background as I think the black makes the colours stand out that much more than white.
I will add the original under scraps or under a different deviation title eg.: " Wine on Shelf orig." Have a look and see the difference![link]

That's gorgeous! It would look beautiful as a print for the kitchen. I love the warm, earthy colours and the richness of the watercolours. The whole thing has a wonderful tangibility to it.

persoanlly, i like the black border a lot better.
the white one has too much of a contrast so it puts too much focus on the border than the picture itself cause its so bright.
