that sentence alone will make players decide to wear them anyways.

lol! Oh god, you're right! Also, I have no idea! I mean, if I asked for the "official" answer, it'd probably be "nothing happens," but I could see a cruel/creative DM making them have "interesting" side effects :b Maybe gradual curse-like symptoms for as long as a player tries to wear one?

and see thats what I thought. or maybe it enchants the player, but because the players a sentient being and not a tool, they can't control the enchantment.
so like the ring of thundering mountain would make them sporadically cause thunder/lightning damage to everyone around them, or flourishing grove makes plants grow from their skin....

Thanks! And yeah, I don't actually know what each of these does - I was only given their name and brief description (eg. Noxious Swamp ring is obsidian from a Spirit Realm swamp, Flourishing Grove ring is woven from branches/grasses/flowers, etc.)
