My god, the otherwise disgusting sight of wet cigarettes lumped together in a pool of polluted water actually appear digestable here. I love your choice of angle... and whoa, sure takes a lot of effort to get that focus the way it is.
Not too sure if you're lucky, but the lighting pretty much helps enhance the look of this shot. Well done, mate.

They hardly look like cigarette ends, more like wood and I love the damp wet rainy feel of the photograph... looks a little like the shape of a boat floating upstream...
The depth of field makes it all look gorgeous...

something funny... a couple of months ago i was doing this add for a fake cigarette brand.. and i couldn't find photos of cigarettes.. not good ones anyway... i realized its so much easier to find porn than to find cigarettes.. so i ended up taking photos myself..
