I really wish I could think of a good story for her, and had the time to execute it.

A muscle babe who doesn't look like she's out of an early Image comic. I approve

That was my thinking. Strong, but still soft. All woman.

That's fantastic. I really appreciate that she's not another toothpick Barbie (not that they are a bad thing; just too common in comic books today - and, like, always)!

She started out as a kind of joke/example of the "most common super power" trope. But, as I thought about her, I developed a story for her that fits her in with my existing universe. I'm seriously thinking of doing some kind of comic project with her.

LOL. Now I understand the "All this..." reference. Doing a comic would be a great idea for her. Maybe produce a 6 page mini-comic story or two featuring her (a comic book version of a short story) to guage interest - maybe even posting them for free on Facebook or something. If it takes off, you could Kickstart a whole comic, and then bundle these stories up with it in print form through Ka-Blam or something.

My brain is already off and running on world-building. Luckily, she fits within my existing Heroblog universe, and I don't have to recreate the world just for her. In keeping with the Power girl homage that she was intended to be, she's sort of the "spiritual cousin" of the HeroBlog U hero, Apex. I have a story worked out, I just have to make the time to draw and write it.
