a collaboration done with I did an abstract painting, emailed it to Marcel, then he printed it on drawing paper, then inked part of it, he then mailed it to me and I inked the rest. I can't tell you exactly which parts he inked, because he did random places.Please give Marcel comments at [link]

thanks, I guess I never thought about this being a fractal? Does it fit the definition? I don't know anything about them. This was random application of water color, then pen for details.

I dunno if you could mathematically consider it a fractal, and although it doesn't seem to follow 2d patterns like a mandelbrot, it really looks like a 3d organic fractal in alot of areas. Pretty much things like branches, sponges, mountain ranges and molecular structures and stuff.

yeah, I got ya. cool. natural organic patterns are amazing for sure! Or in this case, the random application of paint followed by blotting while still wet. I need to play with that some more. You have given me some ideas. Thanks for the comments
