I really, really like the rawness of the surface. A history is implied - gives it character. I think it would be rather kitsch without it, to be honest. The left figure's breast feels a little off; doesn't really marry into the rest of the image. But the rest is great. Kudos!

This resembles a perfume add by Calvin Klein. I re-drew that model too. Beautiful photo and beautiful interpretation.
