Well... I tried to do something neat with FumeFX, but I failed. So, I decided to throw something together just for fun. This is my result.It's basically just a bunch of particle elements comped together in AE with some lens flares and lighting fx added. I rendered out around 20 different bits of the animation, so you've got 20 slightly different wallpapers to choose from. I recommend sticking them all in a folder and doing that wallpaper shuffle thingy... it looks pretty neat.
