Hahaha I'm dead ! GG's expression is awesome x)
The first time I heard that he had twins with Gwen, I almost spilled my Coke !
I was like : "But....but NORMAN IS THE SAME AGE THAN GWEN'S FATHER !!! WTF IS WRONG WITH MARVEL !!"

Heh. When you see that Norman is too senile to recall that Peter did not go to the same school as Harry and Gwen...

I have been working on my own marvel universe and fixing things like the clone saga. Like having Ben Riley as the clone of Norman Osborn and Peter Parker as a way for something to take over his legacy when he dies plus not doing the your the clone no your the clone thing.

If you want to argue that, why not look at the fact that Gwen couldn't identify Parker when he kissed her in that scene
I mean his voice, and half his face was reveal...
But no, the Goblin having kids with her is hard to believe... no I'm sorry but that is actually more believable than anything else

"What was wrong with 'I'm your arch-enemy and she was your girlfriend'?"
Good question.
Marvel Comics has been shooting itself in the foot a lot lately...

Funny thing? The kids where originally supposed to be PETER and Gwen's. That his spider-mutated-biology made them develop and grow up faster, Gwen going through pregnancy and birth in three days. Green Goblin would have then kidnapped athebkids and made Gwen forget about them and the pregnancy before kidnapping her for her death a few days later. He would raise the kids with a lie that HE was their father and Peter killed their mother
But editors went 'Nah, that would make Spidey Old. Kids make you old. We can't do that. Make Been and the Goblin be the parents. We don't want Spidey to be old.'

I think current 2010's decade Marvel stuff simply hate Spider-Man... First, this; then, One More Day (Quesada said divorce would be a "bad example". As if a deal with Mephisto weren't...). And more recently... "Superior" Spider-Man...

Okay, so you don't like Sins Past and I don't blame you or anyone else at all for it but how do you feel about JMS's Spider-Totem story line?

Really? How come? I thought it was a cleaver new way to look at the character.
Is there any JMS story you liked?

I was a big fan of Babylon 5, but I don't really like most of what I've read of his comics work. I guess JMS is just someone who's better at writing his own characters rather than someone else's.
His book on screenwriting was very well done.

Like the Clone Saga! The 90's cartoon treated it as an alternate universe! Why shouldn't we?

the "director's cut" version of that story was actually much better

Oh... well, it was still a major ass-pull on Marvel's part. Spidey's gone through a lot of bad storylines: The Clone Saga, Superior, OMD...and yet he's still alive and kicking. I don't know if he's the best or the most popular superhero, but I can safely say he's the most LOVED superhero of all. I haven't seen anyone talking crap about him, which pleases me.
