Bio:
Jackson Graves was in a SWAT team in Eaglewhite Police Department. He had a beatiful wife Miranda and newborn daughter they named Jordan. He was known for his brutality and boldness in ECPD. During one of their missions they encountered Wildpack - satanist cult/gang. Graves got into gunfight with their leader known as Bloodthorne. Lilith, gangster's girlfriend tried to help him, but she was shot by Graves. This gave Bloodthorne time to escape. Although he swore vengeance on Jackson.
Worse than death:
During their anniversary dinner, Wildpack led by Bloodthorne stormed Jackson's house. They've beaten him up and chained him, so he had to look as they were raping Miranda one after another. After that Bloodthorne hanged her in their living room. To make it even more gruesome Wildpack sacrificed Jordan as a gift to Lord Satan himself. To end everything they shot Jackson in the head.
Deal With The Devil:
Jackson was at the edge of life and death, when a Man in a white suit approched him and offered a deal. As he was killing people during his life he couldn't got to Heaven and reunite with Miranda. And because Jordan was sacrificed to Satan, she will stay in Hell. Man in a White Suit, offered Jackson second chance. He will go back to live and punish Wildpack for their sins as Messenger from Hell - Caretaker. Asked why Satan wants them dead, when they worship him, Man in a White Suit replied "He hates it when they sacrifice Children". In exchange for his service, Jordan will be sent to Heaven, to be back with her mother. Jackson woke up in hospital, right before Doctors was about to declare him dead.
Messenger from Hell v God of Fear:
Jackson left SWAT and shut down from public life. He moved to underground of old Church in a district called Hellbottom. He was told by Man in a White Suit about his powers as a Caretaker. In a day of his daughter's birthday, Caretaker first appeared on the streets of Eaglewhite. He was brutally killing any member of Wildpack he could find. It didn't took long, till Phobos started to give attention to Caretaker's actions. He saw them as too brutal and that it will cause a war on the streets. He encountered Caretaker and they fought, until Graves used his Laundry Touch and saw what happened to Misaki and what Griffin did to 47 Youkai. He saw why Phobos was fighting and they both agreed to help each other when needed.

- Graves is based on Nathan Graves, Tombstone's secret identity in Freedom Force,
- Miranda is based on one of my favourite Mass Effect female characters Miranda Lawson,
- Satan's second title - Man in a White Suit, is based on how Lucifer looked like in Constantine movie,
- Hellbottom is both based on Hell's Kitchen as city's worst district and Sakaar's Devil's Anus (best galactic portal name ever)
