You might wanna direct the study lamps towards the ceiling so that it bounces on her. It'll also get rid of the distracting light bounce behind Gelaine.
A simple trick would be to cover the lamps with thin white cloth. It'd diffuse the light and blur our the shape of the bulb, so that even if it reflects on something, the light would be blurred out and less pronounced.
