The end of season 2 destroys me! Tennant and Rose are the best Martha was ok I suppose. Fav episodes? Girl in the fireplace and Blink from season 3 ooh and the first two parter with the cybermen, Age of Steel I think its called.

My friends and I were discussing which doctor who bad guys still scare us even now that we're allegedly adults. For me its the cybermen I don't know if you need to have seen it as a child to have that irrational fear.

maybe but i got 2 say daleks make my skin crawl. unless the doctors with you kiss your butt good beye for things that cause death they cling to life with zeal plus that voice

Hmm all true but cybermen get those processing plants up and running so fast they've got an army in no time AND scary voices. Although if it came down to a fight between the two without the Doctor getting in the way my money is on daleks!
