If you don't mind me saying, the composition is too....... busy.
There is no focus point, no attention drawer. TO be brutally honest, you crammed too much shit in there. It certainly is pretty, but I doubt the tattoo artist can pull this of without smudging it, and even if he can it will get smudgy after a while.
Still looks wicked.
