Nice design, but think you have got solar panels and radiators a bit muddled.
You see being in space is a bit like being in a thermos flask, it isn't possible to dissipate heat by any means but radiation. The ISS has large solar panels, but alongside these are large radiators whose look you have emulated here.
Any system on a spacecraft that produces heat has to have it directed to these radiators, known as a heat rejection system, or the temperature of the spacecraft will rise as there is no air or working fluid to remove this energy.
