So it’s finaly here. Rainbow factory. It took me like only 1,5 yeare to finith it. (Nevesly lathing.)

So this time I got bananas on the editing. 😁 I have got some plenty of time to watch editing tutorials while I couldn’t paint and this was the perfect video to go berserk on. I started on this painting in june 2017. I got a request from a follower that asked me if I could do a Rainbow Factory art. So I started to work on it as soon as I could. Because why not. Back then I was totally in to Swatcats and was/is still fascinated about the art style. Especially the coloring. So I wanted to try that out. But! I wasn’t so good at it and did it all wrong. I’m still learning to paint in different ways. But I gave up quite quickly to paint in the Swatcat style on this one. You can se a big change in the art where I cange the style and colors totally. And yes I tryed do line art. OMG! That is so difficult. I’m not a line artist, but I’m trying to learn too paint with lines. When I startet on this piece I did only have Photoshop sc5 extended and they don’t have a “program” that helps straightening the lines. You need to have a steady hand and do quick lines to get the lines ok. (Acording to me.) I had a program that I tryed to use some times but it didn’t work out for me. Know then I have Photoshop cc 2018 with the ability to help me do straight lines I will start to try do line art again. So I think the first part took me around 10h. Then irl came and some other projects that I had to prioritize. And the my accident came and said “Hello!” I wasn’t satisfied with the piece. There s to many clean ups mistakes that I had to fix before I could publishingit. And some times you need too put your work aside and come back later to easier find the flaws and fix them. I think I did 5 h on only fixing mistakes and adding stuff.
