Here's Rotor for my comic Sonic Odyssey. for his character I wasn't sure what to do, I mean manage make his role as mechanic more distinct by making Tails a paranormal investigator but wasn't sure about his personality, since I don't feel he was that well developed on sonic satam. So I've decided to take more influence from gravity falls and base his personality off of Soos, a friendly lovable dork with a bit of a child like quality and will help out his friends and other people in whatever way he can.so let me know what you think in the comments below

I heard the creator did not like Rotor which is the reason he was not scene that much. Archie was not sure what to do with him as well. he was the overkill weapon user genius later retired disabled hero who has a power suit. He was than to brainy brawn who has father issues.
I think one thing to notice I think he feels he needs to do more even though he looks laid back. There were a lot of inventing geniuses in this franchise. He was named Boomer as well so maybe something to earn to have that nickname. Really he a clear canvas at this point other tech person with little known inventions due to mess up time line.

yeah he basically is a blank slate, maybe he gets his nick name from all the times his inventions blow up or something.
