Description
Here's a redesign for my version of Sally Acorn for my fan comic Sonic Odyssey. I decided to scrap the fingerless gloves since they just weren't doing it for me anymore, and I just simplified the design of her gloves in genera. I also altered the design of her blaster to be simpler in design (plus I felt the previous blaster looked too much like the ones from Star Wars), also I changed up her hair a bit. For my design of Sally since it's said that her Dad's a squirrel and her Mom's a chipmunk I wanted to make her look more like a mix between a squirrel and a chipmunk. I also gave her a blaster to give her something to use in a fight, I figured a blaster could work since she's the more cautious one compared to Sonic so I figured that she'd opt for a long distance weapon. Also her gloves can shoot out a grappling line similar to the Avatar character from Forces.

Sally Acorn (age: 15): The Leader of the Freedom Fighters and former Princess of the Kingdom of Acorn before it was overthrown by Robotnik, Sally is a skilled strategist and very clever problem solver. She is one of the most organized, intelligent, and levelheaded members of the Freedom Fighters and will do anything in her power to get her team through whatever situation they get in, but she also tends to get paranoid about the worst outcomes and is very meticulous in her planning and can come off as a bit of a control freak, not to mention prone to extreme stress and anxiety whenever she can't find a reasonable solution when a situation goes out of control (this is where Sonic is usually able to help out). She also doesn't tolerate insubordinates and while she tries to keep cool Sonic is one of the few people who can get under her skin (especially with his reckless attitude) but doesn't really loose her cool easily over trivial things despite Sonic's best efforts (usually only meeting them with an eye roll).

She's also quite opinionated (with an ego just as big as Sonic's) and a little judgmental having trouble trusting strangers, she puts a lot of pressure on her self (mainly due to both her position as leader of the Freedom Fighters and eventual ruler of the Acorn Kingdom). She was born to the royal Acorn family and was heir to the thrown until Robotnik took over and she was evacuated to the hidden village of Knothole with her caretaker Long Claw (who's also the last of an ancient clan of owls), she has no idea where her parents the King and Queen are and is determined to not only overthrow Robotnik but also to find her parents (and is in no hurry to become queen). When not doing Freedom Fighter stuff she does like to read a lot being a bit of a book worm, she's also really into archaeology. Also though not really willing to admit it (due to her thinking it'd be a bit improper for a person in her position) she can be a little mischievous herself, whenever she teases Sonic and actually finding some of Sonic's pranks kind of funny (particularly when it's towards people she admits needed to be knocked down a peg).
