The thing is...Tak HATES Zim. She came to Earth to destory him for ruining her life supposedly. Gaz--on the other hand--tolerates Zim, knowing that it's her brother's fault that Zim causes the Membrane family so much trouble. Besides, she accepts Zim for what he is as an alien, but yet, recognizes--moreso than Zim himself does--the egomaniacal alien's tendency to fail every single time at his goal for world conquest, even though all the other people in the world that Zim inhabits are as dumb and ignorant as a box of rocks (actually, a box of rocks would be smarter in some cases).

Really, Tak would just want to destroy him, whereas Gaz would keep him around just for manipulation purposes, because she hates humanity just as bad as Zim does.
