Wonder Woman, her TV show now currently airing on channel 33 on Sat,.would spin change. Finding a secluded location, she would spin around, a bright flash and now she's in uniform, complete with magic lasso. No mention of any other DC heroes/heroines .
It comes on right after "Wild,Wild West" . This series,tho popular, was cancelled out of growing concern about its violence (usually one person killed in each episode). Wonder Woman was cancelled after 3 seasons due to ratings.

One OC can safely do spin-changing, my Tuesday the Shape. She has 10 or 11 alternate forms.It's her Wild Talent. But it's all academic now, as I haven't done any cartoon work for 15-16 years now and have worked on my fanfic about Casper since then.That,too, is done. I don't even have the energy I had 2-3 years ago...

Pinbeak (MiddleWarnerSibling) explored in detail the theory of spin-changing, and other toon powers, but never anything like this ! Babs is tampering with her very molecular integrity doing this stuff ! Plucky once got stuck in some hideous form and the plot of the film was to get him back to normal.
