Description The title says it.

Spiff and Hercules, or 'Pif et Hercule', are French comic book/cartoon characters; like Tom and Jerry themselves, they're constantly fighting, but they're also the closest each other has to a best friend. Basically, they can be beating each other up at full force one moment, and then, the moment there's some trouble, or one of them asks for a truce, they get into 'best friends' mode, and get along fairly well until the problem is solved, or, in a friendlier version, they get back to fighting just for fun.
