She can manipulate Earth, Water, Fire, Air, turn people into whatever form she wishes, lift continents through a telekinetic spell, and knows the quagmire spell that let her absorb others into her body, at the same time absorbing their powers. Her magic makes her virtually immortal and indestructible.

In case it helps, the castanets are her focus like how some witches have wands she has her castanets. She can fight well too, she has what's called her Necrod, it has a Gun, Sword and whip mode.
Vanessa is known as the Dark Spectre Queen Of The Galaxy and all fear her name. Vanessa invaded The Planet Zobos. There she preached the worship of the Demon HIM to young people and ruined them, smothering the planet in a wave of crimes.
Plus she had invaded the Planet Sweet as a witch and cleverly manipulated the leaders of the east and west capitals leading them ultimately to war.

Oh she's a strategist, but she incorporates magic and fighting into her style. She has High Combat Level's but also has various Mutant, Mech-Combat Drones and Magical Devil Warriors to protect her.

My guy will probably rely on war machines to dominate the helpless.
