Description
Towards the end of steam on the St Louis Southwestern Railroad, a 4-8-2 'Mountain' type number 679 powers a passenger train departing from Dallas, Texas.
This engine was one of seven 'L-0' class 4-8-2's originally built for the Florida East Coast in 1924 by the American Locomotive Company Schenectady shops.
