This is my Birthday fanart for my good buddy zeddude
He's had a real tough time this past few months, and with GCSE's well underway - i think he's coping amazingly well, so good on ya zed
So heres' whats happening in the pic:

Sirplug, Plug Jr, Plugre and Plugid are all like bbfl's on the police force, and its sirplugs birthday right, so they all chip in to buy him a cake - so they give him it - and he loves it and hes just about 2 stuff his face - when a two headed maniac propper goes and nicks it!
So ther all really pissed and go after him and like - track him down - and then plug jr's all like: hey taste my sparks siamese spiv! and then plugre handcuffs well, everything. Then Plugid retrieves the cake and returns it to its rightful owner.
