Yey for new obsessions!Actually some of you might know a friend of mine who is very into Dylan Moran and she made me earlier this year watch his stand up shows, and I had splendid time. The man is genius.
But only reasently my friend showed me Black Books after talking about it a lot. I have no idea why I haven't watched it sooner, the show it completely hilarious, and I simply fell in love with all the insane characters in it, but especially into Dylan's character Bernard Black. Who wouldn't love smoking misanthropic, alcoholic bookeeper who most of all hates his customers. Perfect in every sense.
If you haven't watched Black Books, what are you waiting for, youtube has been invented, go and see for yourself.
I rather was going for sketchy and kind of unfinished look. Bernard isn't really one of those people who would look neat ever. Hair especially seem to inhabit whole world of it's own.

Indeed. But all the episodes there were are fabulous, so I guess it doesn't matter. It's easier series to rewatch than something with dozens of episodes^^

Black Books sure has a lot of really good moments. Sometimes the whole episode is just one big good moment xD nyway, I rhink I liked most that episode where Manny, Fran and Bernard are all having huge hots for that adveturer guy xD

This show is among my favourites, and this is the best Bernard Black I've seen apart from the original.
He looks like he'd punch me in the face if I faved this piece. Because more people would come to stare at him and he'd have to deal with them, too.
Still, I think I'll risk it!
