Looks okay to me! I think you did great, and I love this picture. And I love who you drew a picture of, my most favorite Rugrats (and Rugrats All Grown Up) character!
Now I hope this stays in my favorites until Deviant Art comes tumbling down!

I have to agree, All Grown Up was really mediocre compared to the original show. On it's own, it's actually fairly decent and has a great deal of character development but I just feel uncomfortable that they aged the Rugrats ^^'. I'd have the original show any day of the week ^_^.
