Well, in no way could I copyright the idea of a collage of photos from a community, but I would ask that you respect the activity, idea and current collaboration of the "Dr. Evil Project" itself. If you mean to say that you'd like to use the image, I'm afraid I'll have to deny that particular request, though I feel that's not what you're asking.
If you have an idea for a project of your own, though, have at! By all means. Let me know about it, too, and I'll show it around a bit if I support it.
