Description The moment I discovered SPIDERMAN: Shattered Dimensions, I immediately felt I needed to make the NOIR costume. Now mind you I have not played the game (yet). Though I have not, when I saw the retro-steampunkish version of Spiderman I said to myself "I have to make that" . So, October 7th,2011 I officially competed the outfit, minus the coat (the hat I do have).

This is a fan made costume and is one of a kind. I cannot and will not sell this costume (unless I get offered like a rediculously good price or a trade for a full fursuit, heh heh) .

It consists of:

LONG-SLEEVE SHIRT: Which is a tight fitting sweater that can be worn as a shirt. Purchased on ebay for $18.

VEST: The vest was actually a womans size XL jacket made of cheapy pleather which I altered (with the help of my little sister) to fit me and removed the folded collar and installed buttons on the front to give it a bomber vest-like look.

PANTS: The pants are wool with silk inner lining. Perfect for that classic look. These belonged to my third to the oldest sister of mine whom purchased them at GAP many years ago. They are actually mens pants.

HOOD: The hood is a hybrid of the leftover pleather of the jacket (one of the sleeves) which was pretty tricky to get the right pattern on top. I had to wear a pantyhose hoody and taped along the top part of my scalp to make a hat-like shape. I then cut the cap into four segments like you would to cantalope or watermelon and attached it to a half lycra hood that I sewed together. There are eye holes cut out just enough to see out of.

GLOVES: I bought these gloves at the Citadel. 100% leather that are freakin' awesome. I bought them for only $12, though they retail to $34 .

BOOTS: The boots are rubber snow boots that allow you to wear your own shoes inside them. They have clip straps in the front and they weigh about six pounds. They cost me $8 on ebay.

BELT: The belt was purchased at the DOCKERS outlet at the CITADEL for $10

GUN: The gun is a NAMCO shooting gun made for the PS1 system, which got from my cousin since he did not want it. I cut the cord and painted it with metallic silver spray paint.

GOGGLES: The goggles were purchased on ebay for $15, and are reflective lenses. They would have cost me $25, but I managed to barter with the ebay seller.

.........
.........

So yeah, thats that. I am proud of how this costume came out as I was picky with the things I used to give it the right look. I may replace the gun later though cause its too modern...it needs to look more classic.

SPIDERMAN-NOIR is copywrite to MARVEL and is not my design.
The two digital artwork images are not mine...they are copywrote to Marvel Inc as well.
